Braised rice with pork, pickles and vegetables
Overview
This braised rice is a dialect from my hometown. There is no stewing process. You just mix the side dishes and rice, stir-fry it for a few times, and it is more like fried rice. Stewed rice is simple to make but rich in nutrients, allowing children who are usually picky eaters to eat meat and vegetables without even realizing it😀
