Baum Ring Crispy Chips
Overview
It’s time to say goodbye to 2014. Welcome the new year of 2015. Time passed too fast. The passing days go round and round like the growth rings of a tree. On a whim, I wanted to make crispy chips to eat. Crispy texture. Great as a snack.

Remove the pulp from blueberry juice

180g of flour, add 70g of sugar, 60ML of oil and juice, mix and knead into a dough, rest in plastic wrap for 15 minutes, the dough must be hard and not soft

Wash and chop the flowers

Mix 120g of oil flour, add 90ml of crushed flower oil and 80g of sugar and form a dough, cover with plastic wrap and rest for about 15 minutes

Roll the oil out of the water and spread it flat on top

Roll up and flatten slightly

You can cut it into slices of any size and thickness you like

Preheat the oven to 15 degrees and bake for about 18 minutes
