It’s time to say goodbye to 2014. Welcome the new year of 2015. Time passed too fast. The passing days go round and round like the growth rings of a tree. On a whim, I wanted to make crispy chips to eat. Crispy texture. Great as a snack.

  1. Remove the pulp from blueberry juice

  2. 180g of flour, add 70g of sugar, 60ML of oil and juice, mix and knead into a dough, rest in plastic wrap for 15 minutes, the dough must be hard and not soft
