Dry spicy fish fillet
Overview
I originally wanted to buy shrimps today, but there were none, so I bought a grass carp and sea bass. Make spicy fish fillets for lunch.

Wash the grass carp you bought and remove the fishing line

Use a knife to slowly cut down the back of the fish, keeping the knife close to the fish bones.
