Prepare the required ingredients, remove the nails from the chicken feet, and blanch them. Pay attention to adding 3g of vinegar when blanching. Cook for about 6-10 minutes.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add all the ingredients into the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir-fry until fragrant!

Add chicken feet and stir-fry twice

Add enough water, preferably to slightly cover the chicken feet, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat.

When half of the water is boiled, add cumin, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer over low heat.
