Prepare fish, coriander, boiled fish stuffing packets, hot pot ingredients, enoki mushrooms, potatoes, lettuce, ginger, garlic, Japanese tofu (fish fillets are marinated in stuffing packets)

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic

Pour the ingredients into the bag and stir-fry until fragrant

Add appropriate amount of water

After the water boils, add hot pot ingredients, potatoes, and enoki mushrooms

After the water boils, add lettuce

Add sweet potato powder (cornstarch is also acceptable) to the pickled fish

Take out the cooked ingredients

Put the Japanese tofu and fish into the pot and blanch until cooked (the water should be boiling)
