  1. Prepare fish, coriander, boiled fish stuffing packets, hot pot ingredients, enoki mushrooms, potatoes, lettuce, ginger, garlic, Japanese tofu (fish fillets are marinated in stuffing packets)

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic
