Ingredients to prepare: fresh mushrooms

Pork belly

Soak fresh shiitake mushrooms in salt water for ten minutes, so that the dirt inside the shiitake mushrooms can be easily released.

Chop pork belly into minced meat

Add the pork belly, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, sugar, allspice, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and an egg white.

Stir the prepared meat filling clockwise until evenly mixed.

Soak the mushrooms, remove the stems and drain the water.

Take a small ball of minced meat and place it inside the shiitake mushrooms and press gently.

Shape them properly and place them on the plate.

Put the prepared shiitake mushroom mince into the pot and steam over high heat for fifteen minutes.

Wait for the steamed minced pork mushrooms to be placed on a plate. Remember, the steamed mushrooms have a lot of soup, so reserve them for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the soup from the steamed mushrooms, and add starch to thicken it. Pour the prepared juice over the minced pork mushrooms.
