After washing the scallops, use a knife to remove the scallop meat, mix well with salt and cornstarch, blanch the scallop shells and set aside, soak the vermicelli until soft and cut into 5cm lengths, mix well with oil and salt, dice the garlic, half of it is made into minced garlic, and half is made into fried garlic

Adjust the baking pan to the highest temperature and preheat for 10 minutes. Apply oil evenly to the baking pan, add marinated scallop meat, and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown
