First cut the carrots and mushrooms into small pieces (about the same size as corn kernels) and put them together with the corn kernels in a pot with hot water. Remove from pan and drain.

Arrange the dumpling skins horizontally on top of each other to make four sheets. Fill in the dumpling filling (it is not advisable to add too much or it will overflow easily and it will not look good). Then close it and roll it up to look like a rose (if the dough is too dry when sealing, you can use chopsticks dipped in water to drip some water on the dumpling skins)

Two boxes of dumpling wrappers bought in the supermarket cost 4.5 yuan in total. There were 14 rolled out and I ate 3 of them.
