Overview
When babies start to add complementary foods, meat is essential, and commercially available meat floss is unsafe to eat. Made by myself, there are no additives, no seasonings, not even salt. It is very suitable for babies!

Cut the tenderloin into pieces, add onions and ginger, and squeeze with water to remove the fishy smell and blood foam.

Put the tight meat in a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes to make the meat cooked.

Remove the fascia from the stewed meat, tear it slightly according to the fiber of the meat, and put it into a food bag.

Put the meat in the food bag on the chopping board and beat it repeatedly with a rolling pin until the meat fibers are more finely divided.

Place the beaten meat into the bread machine, and select the length of time in the meat floss mode according to the amount of meat and the degree of dryness and wetness.

The meat floss process is completed, pour it out and put it on a plate.

Here is a picture of the finished product. The color and texture are not inferior to commercially available pork floss. Although there is no seasoning, it doesn’t taste fishy at all. The key is that it is very safe for babies to eat!
