Tomatoes, cabbage cores, and enoki mushrooms.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, garlic, and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and stir-fry twice.

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water.

Add udon noodles and bring to a boil.

Add the cabbage core and gold and bring to a boil.

Season with salt, white pepper, and chicken essence.
