Steamed pork with bean sprouts
Overview
[Steamed Pork with Beans and Beans] is easy to operate but still delicious. I actually like braised pork, steamed pork, or other types of meat. But there are many steps to make the classic braised pork. For a busy person like me, I am never ready to calm down and make it seriously. This time I modified the braised pork, which is more convenient to operate and tastes just as delicious. It suits my temperament very well. For holiday family dinners, steaming is a great way to save time and free up your hands to cook other dishes. Very good, I like this method very much. Ingredients: minced pork belly, rice sprouts, green onion and ginger. Ingredients: lotus root. Seasoning: salt, sugar, dark soy sauce, cooking oil and cooking wine

Look at this section, it's really beautiful.
-
Cut the pork belly into large dices. Large pieces are also acceptable. I used dices.
-
Blanch the diced meat with onion, ginger and cooking wine.
-
Rinse clean after blanching.
-
Pour a little bit of oil into the pot, blanch the onion and ginger, then add the meat and blanch the oil.
-
Pour in chopped bean sprouts, which can absorb oil well.
-
Add dark soy sauce, cooking wine and a little salt to taste.
-
Pick out the meat pieces, place them in a bowl, put lotus root pieces on top of the meat pieces, and finally pour the bean sprouts.
-
Steam for two hours. After taking it out of the pot, pour out the soup, pour the meat and vegetables into a large plate, and then pour the soup over it.
