Thaw the meat filling, add cooking wine and pepper, mix well with a little oil and marinate.

Heat oil in a wok, add minced meat and stir-fry until loose. I like to stir-fry for a while so that it doesn’t get greasy.

Add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Add chopped chili and stir-fry until fragrant

Add light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, oil, and a tablespoon of water, bring to a boil and turn off the heat to form a sauce.

Cut the tofu into thick slices and place in a large bowl.

Pour over the sauce.

Boil water in a steamer, put in a large bowl and steam for ten minutes.
