  1. Thaw the meat filling, add cooking wine and pepper, mix well with a little oil and marinate.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, add minced meat and stir-fry until loose. I like to stir-fry for a while so that it doesn’t get greasy.

  5. Add light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, oil, and a tablespoon of water, bring to a boil and turn off the heat to form a sauce.

  6. Cut the tofu into thick slices and place in a large bowl.
