Crispy candy roll--a clever transformation of wontons
Overview
I made fresh meat wontons, and while wrapping the wontons, I thought, why don't I eat them in a different way if I always cook the wontons directly? Then this candy roll that was transformed from wontons was born! I started with twisting candy rolls, but later I found it too difficult and rolled them directly into a more solid cylinder. After frying them in a pan and adding your favorite sauce, the wontons completely changed their appearance! This kind of appearance is also very attractive to little friends. My seven-year-old cousin ate a lot. Mothers can change the stuffing into vegetables or something to coax their babies to eat~

-
Select fresh pork belly and mince it;
-
Chop the onion, mince the onion and ginger, and continue to chop together with the meat;
-
Add minced meat filling, oyster sauce, salt and white pepper and mix well;
-
Add an appropriate amount of water to the starch and add it to the meat filling in batches, beating evenly;
-
The meat filling is ready, take out the wonton wrappers and prepare them;
-
Put an appropriate amount of filling on one end, roll it up, dip it in a small amount of water to seal it, and then twist the dough at both ends to form a candy makeup;
-
Pour oil into the pot, add candy rolls when 40% to 50% hot, fry in warm oil over medium-low heat, take them out when the surface starts to change color;
-
Continue to heat the oil until it is 70% to 80% hot, fry once more until the surface is golden brown and take it out;
-
Take out the oil-absorbing paper and absorb the excess oil. You can eat it directly or add your favorite sauce.
