Leek and Duck Egg Dumplings

When making dumplings, I cooked them in two ways, and the children preferred boiled ones.

Crack the duck eggs into a container, add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of water to break them up.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid, and break it up with chopsticks.

Chop the fried eggs and dried shrimps and set aside.

Drain the leeks and chop into small pieces.

Put the chopped eggs, dried shrimps and leeks into the pan for frying the eggs, add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil and soy sauce to taste (because there is a lot of oil in the pan for frying the eggs, put them directly into it).

Wrap into any shape you like.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, put the dumplings in after the water boils, add water three times in the middle, cook until cooked and then pick them up.
