A soup that is delicious without any seasoning - wolfberry crucian carp and tofu soup
Overview
I made this crucian carp and tofu soup for two days in a row. It is very simple to make and tastes delicious without too many seasonings. It is safe and secure for babies and the elderly at home to drink. It is also very suitable for mothers who have just given birth. It can have a good lactation effect. The milky white fish soup and the boiled and floating tofu are better than the consumption of crucian carp. My baby is still small and I dare not give him too much fish. The fish soup and tofu in it are enough for the little one to eat half a bowl of rice every time.
