I have the final say in my family’s meals. I can make them whatever I want. I’ll leave some skin from the fried meat, add some green leafy vegetables and put it into the soymilk machine to make a beautiful jade skin jelly

Put the pork skin into a pot of boiling water and cook

Cut off the grease

In a separate pot, change the water and cook a few vegetable leaves

Chop the meat slices, chop the vegetable leaves, and pour them into the soy milk machine together with the cooking water. You don’t need too much water, as long as the soy milk machine can stir

Pour it into a plate and wait for it to form, and it will become a springy skin jelly!
