Mango Sticky Rice
Overview
Speaking of Thai food~ My favorite is mango sticky rice. There is no other one. I won’t get tired of it no matter how I eat it~ The sticky rice stuffed with coconut milk is fragrant and sweet, and full of coconut milk flavor. Each sticky rice bite is QQ cool, paired with the fresh and sweet mango flesh~ The seemingly simple ingredients give you a different taste~ If you want vanilla ice cream... Emma, I won’t say it anymore, hurry up and make it~

Sauce~ Sauce~ Prepare all the ingredients~ This is for 2-3 people~
-
Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in about 200ml of coconut milk for four hours in advance. After soaking, add a little salt and an appropriate amount of sugar and stir evenly (I didn't measure the grams, you can add more sugar and adjust it according to your own taste). Use the steam function of the rice cooker to steam the rice.

While steaming the rice, you can process the mango and seasoned coconut milk ~ dice the mango ~
-
Heat the remaining coconut milk in a milk pot, add sugar and a little salt and stir until melted ~ let cool and set aside~
-
Put the steamed rice into a bowl and compact it, put it into a plate, pour the mixed coconut milk into a small bowl ~ put it all in the refrigerator ~
-
Dig two vanilla ice cream balls and place them on a plate, pour in coconut milk, and sprinkle some crispy fried mung beans~ Done^O^/~ Let’s eat~
