Pork fan bone and cabbage soup

Soak the pork fan bones in water to remove the blood.

Boil the bleeding powder in a pot under cold water, skim off the floating powder and fish it out.

Clean the floating powder.

Clean the cabbage and enoki mushrooms and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the pork bones, add star anise, peppercorns, green onion segments and ginger slices, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat.

After simmering for ten minutes, remove the green onions and continue simmering for another forty minutes.
