Homemade Fried Noodles
Overview
My daughter is a bit picky and doesn’t like to eat vegetables. She likes corn, fish, tofu and black fungus, so I put diced baby cabbage in the stir-fry noodles and coaxed her to say it was a white star, so she could eat a big bowl in one sitting😊

Soak the black fungus, cut the bacon and fish tofu into cubes

Dice the green vegetables and garlic and set aside

Boil water, put the ramen noodles into the pot and cook until cooked and remove

Soak the noodles in cold water and set aside

Steam the corn kernels and green beans in a pot, cook the fungus in boiling water, remove and set aside

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and sauté the garlic

Saute the bacon first

Add other ingredients and stir-fry evenly, add salt

Pour in the noodles soaked in cold water

Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
