Vermicelli mixed with sesame sauce and cucumber
Overview
My family’s favorite dish is this sesame sauce cucumber mixed with vermicelli. After being chilled in the refrigerator for a short while, it becomes so delicious that I can’t stop eating it. Once it’s on the table, it’s all eaten up very quickly. This cold dish can be cut beautifully like me, and when it is presented on the plate, the banquet guests will definitely be impressed, and they will be full of praise after taking a bite! ,,,,,,,

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients
-
After the water in the small pot boils, add the vermicelli. When it boils again, cook the vermicelli until soft and not hard, then turn off the heat
-
Turn off the hot water, add cold water and soak for later use
-
Pour the two salad dressings into a bowl, add sesame paste, rice vinegar, salt, and minced garlic and mix well (you can taste it if you are not sure)
-
Wash the cucumber, remove the tail and cut it into small pieces. The length can be the same as the cutting tool (if you don’t have one, use the bottom of a grater, which will be wavy. If you don’t have one yet, just pat the cucumber directly)
-
Take a section of cucumber and cut it in half with a tool, then cut it in half
-
In this way, just divide a small section of cucumber into 8 equal sections
-
Put the cucumber barcode on a flat plate, take out the vermicelli and put it in the middle
-
Then add a layer of cucumber and a layer of vermicelli, and garnish with some red pepper. Just mix well when eating. If you are not in a hurry to eat, it will taste better if it is refrigerated for a while
