The full name of Margaret Cookies is Miss Margaret who lives in Stresa, Italy. The English name is Italian Hard-boiled Egg Yolk Cookies. Although the name is complicated, it hides a very romantic love story. As a novice, after making margarita biscuits once, I felt like I couldn't stop. I happened to have corn flour at home, not cornstarch, so I made this coarse grain margarita biscuit, which was equally sweet and crispy.
