Prepare the ingredients and clean them.

Cut the yellow croaker into pieces (my pot is small and the whole fish cannot fit in).

Spread the enoki mushrooms on the plate.

Put the croaker on top.

Slice ginger.

Shred the chives.

Chop the garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and sugar.

Spread the fried garlic on the fish, place the ginger slices on top of the fish, and add the chopped chili sauce.

Pour cold water into the pot, boil and steam for 12 minutes (the specific time depends on the amount of ingredients).

Place chives on top of the steamed croaker.

Heat the pot and add oil until it smokes slightly.

Hot oil is poured over it to bring out the aroma.
