Have materials ready.

Put the ribs in a soup pot, add water, star anise, wolfberry, appropriate amount of salt, ginger, and angelica and cook for about thirty minutes.

Strain the cooked ribs a little and put them on a plate for later use. Prepare sesame seeds, egg liquid, and flour.

Mix the flour and egg mixture, and coat the cooked pork ribs with a layer of batter and set aside.

Add cooking oil to the pot, and when hot, add the battered pork ribs and fry.

Place the fried pork ribs on a plate for later use.

Cut the white radish into strips and set aside.

Prepare tomato sauce, chili tomato sauce, and water starch.
