Stewed cabbage with fried tofu
Overview
There is a folk saying that cabbage and tofu are good for health. Chinese cabbage is cheap, refreshing and appetizing, and rich in nutrients. Fried tofu, also called tofu puffs in some places, is delicious steamed, stir-fried, stewed or paired with meat. Fried tofu and Chinese cabbage are stewed together. You can add stuffing or not. It is delicious and can be eaten with rice.

Prepare materials

Add some chopped green onion, soy sauce and salt to the minced meat and mix well

Use chopsticks to prick the middle of the fried tofu to loosen it, and stuff it with a small amount of minced meat

Slice the cabbage and separate the ends and leaves

Add the soup stock and soy sauce to the bowl, mix well and set aside

Heat the oil in the pan, add the cabbage and stir-fry for a while
