Overview

I often eat this dish in restaurants, it’s so different from what people in Northeast China cook! I originally thought it would be easy to make, but although the taste is not unpleasant, it is not at all like other people’s tastes, but overall it’s okay!

  1. Cut the pepper into diamond-shaped pieces;

  3. Cut the potatoes into diamond-shaped pieces and set aside;

  4. Heat the eggplants and potatoes in oil and fry them for as long as possible, especially the potatoes, they will taste better if they are fried to a crisp! Just add a little bit of oil to the spicy food and it’s ready!

  5. After the onion, ginger and garlic are sautéed, add bean paste, dark soy sauce, and oil; add eggplant and potatoes and stir-fry, finally add chili pepper, add a little water starch and salt, stir-fry and serve!
