Marinate the beef with peanut oil, salt, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 15 minutes in advance.

Blanch broccoli in boiling water for a while to remove pesticides and make it easier to cook.

Add oil and stir-fry the beef. Stir-fry the beef until it is cooked for 8 seconds and then place it on a plate.

Then add the broccoli, stir-fry until cooked, add the beef and stir-fry a few more times.
