Overview
Use this product to relieve the guilt of eating too much fish and meat during the Chinese New Year. All toxins and fat will disappear! Fungus is a super healthy food (high in water-soluble fiber, low in calories and satiating, tasteless); just change the seasoning and it is the simplest high-fiber detoxification dish that can be served every day. Rinse the dried fungus, add water and soak (soak in water the day before and put in the refrigerator)

♥Cut off the roots that are too strong.

Boil the white fungus in water and cook for 5 minutes

Add the black fungus and cook for another 5 minutes, remove, drain and serve on a plate♥ Like a soft texture? Turn off the heat and simmer for an additional hour before taking out and seasoning.
