Spicy Braised Dried Tofu
Overview
This braised dried tofu is usually bought and eaten in supermarkets or wet markets. I have never made it myself because it is too troublesome. This time it was because I bought too much tofu and I really didn’t know how to eat it, so I tried to make this spicy braised dried tofu. In fact, it is not very troublesome, but the process of frying the tofu is a bit long. In the past, fried tofu was too long. I soaked the tofu in salt water and then took it out and fried it, so that it would not stick to the pan. I forgot about it this time. The result was very good, no stick to the pan, and the shape was intact and not broken. This was because the oil was heated to 80% hot this time. The stewed fish tasted super delicious. I made it at home instead of buying it from outside.
