Walnut Shortbread
Overview
Walnut shortbread is a biscuit that I often make because my family loves it and it is simple to make. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your own taste. My family doesn't like sweets, so I reduced the amount of sugar.

Prepare raw materials.

Chop the walnuts and set aside.

Pour the softened butter into a bowl, add sugar, honey, and eggs and mix well.

Then sift in the cake flour, baking soda and baking powder.

Add walnut kernels and black sesame seeds.

Use your hands to mix evenly into a dough.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, take 20 grams of dough, knead it evenly, flatten it slightly and place it into the baking tray.

After the oven is preheated, move the baking sheet into the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Do not take it out after baking, and bake with the residual heat for 3-5 minutes. (Baking time and temperature depend on oven power)
