Slices of beef, marinated in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, beer, salt, pepper, cornstarch, pour in cooking oil, stir evenly and set aside.

Prepare millet, spicy wild pepper, medium red pepper, crushed garlic, minced celery (or edamame).

Heat the oil in the pot and when the beef is loose and slightly discolored, pour it out to control the oil and set aside because there is still room for frying in the pot.
