Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add all the ingredients except celery, bring to a boil, cover, and reduce to low heat to simmer. Keep it boiling for more than half an hour, I usually cook it for an hour. (Peanuts should be large and white-skinned. When the photo was taken, the dried red pepper had not been put in.)

Dice celery and set aside.

After cooking, turn off the heat, sprinkle the celery cubes into the pot without turning, and cover with a lid. After cooling naturally, remove the aniseed cinnamon leaves and throw them away, then drain and serve on a plate.
