Fried rice cake
Overview
New Year cake is a traditional food of the Chinese nation and a seasonal food during the Lunar New Year. During the Spring Festival, many regions in my country pay attention to eating rice cakes. Nian Gao, also known as Nian Nian Gao, is homophonic with Nian Nian Gao, so how can it be missing from the New Year’s Eve dinner table!
