Boiled Pork (Creative Improved Version)
Overview
The heavy rain in Shenzhen is so heavy! I didn’t want to go out, so I went through the things at home and cooked some boiled pork slices without meat. I just used vermicelli and black fungus. It sounds delicious, haha, not bad, not bad

Cut the meat into thin slices, add salt, cooking wine and cornstarch

Catch it evenly and keep the cornstarch together with the meat as much as possible to keep the meat tender and smooth

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat. Do not make big bubbles in the pot, otherwise the cornstarch on the meat will be cooked off and affect the taste

Dish out the cooked meat and set aside

Soak vermicelli until soft, soak fungus until soft, mince ginger, cut dry red pepper into sections, garlic, bean paste

Add oil to the pot, add the ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant

Add Sichuan peppercorn oil, or Sichuan peppercorns

Add water, add vermicelli and fungus, cook and serve
