With a little flour and an egg, you can make delicious egg pancakes.

After mixing the flour and salt, beat in the eggs and slowly pour in the cold water. (If you like the cake thick, adjust it thicker; if you like the cake thin, adjust it thinner.)

Use chopsticks to stir in circles to form a batter, and let the batter rest for a while.

Pour the chopped ham and greens into the roux

Add a little pepper and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat, pour the batter into the pan, and shake the pan to spread the batter evenly on the bottom of the pan. (Don’t use too much oil. Pour out any excess oil after heating the pan.)

After one side is fried, turn over and fry briefly.
