Date paste and egg yolk cake

I snapped up a 1-yuan jujube at Teacher Kong’s Gourmet Market. When I received it, it was big and red, and it tasted very sweet. I immediately thought of making it into puree. I wanted to make a pound cake, but I didn’t have brown sugar at home. I happened to have a few salted eggs in the refrigerator, so I just took out the egg yolks and made jujube paste and egg yolk cake. So I had a different delicacy to eat on the weekend. The red dates are cooked and then beaten with a wall-breaking machine. They are very delicate and very sweet without adding sugar. Although it is a little more troublesome to make small puff pastry this time, it is the process that I enjoy. The final product is also very satisfying. Prepare the necessary materials

First wash the red dates, soak them for 20 minutes, and take out the date cores
