Fried tofu.

Cut into small cubes.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic.

Chop the cilantro.

Heat a pot and add a little oil, add onion, ginger, garlic, chili pepper and chili powder and saute until fragrant, then add tofu and season with salt, stir-fry, continue to pour in a little starch water, stir-fry a few times to reduce the juice.

Remove from pan and plate.

Sprinkle some green onions and coriander on top.
