Wash the ribs and put them into the pressure cooker. After seven or eight minutes, wait for the pressure cooker to run out of gas. Add the white radish cut with a hob, add an appropriate amount of salt, and wait another five or six minutes. Put it into a soup bowl, add a few drops of sesame oil, and sprinkle with coriander and green onions. I used the leftover pork ribs and radish soup from yesterday.

I use a pressure cooker (you can also use a rice cooker). You need to stir it after a few minutes to avoid sticking to the pan. It will be ok after seven or eight minutes at most. Add a few drops of sesame oil and sprinkle with coriander. Just one lunch is enough😁.
