Sweet and sour lotus root strips
Overview
I bought some young lotus root from the market, stir-fried it with black fungus and green pepper, and made it sweet and sour!

The tender lotus roots we buy are called lotus root belts

Peel and cut into thin slices

Wash and cut the pepper into small pieces

Start the oil pan

Add lotus root slices and stir-fry

Add hot pepper cubes and diced red pepper and stir-fry evenly

Then add the soaked black fungus and stir-fry evenly
-
Add some salt and sugar to taste

Add some white vinegar, add some chicken powder and stir well before putting it in the pot

Remove from pan and plate
