Mixed mushroom soup
Overview
This mushroom soup bag is bought ready-made, and some mushrooms are not fully recognized. The package states that these kinds of mushroom soup can strengthen the spleen, nourish the stomach, and enhance physical fitness. It is suitable for all ages and is a medicated health soup. Soak all the bacteria in rice water and a few vinegar for an hour, then wash them with clean water. I paired it with soup base and baby cabbage to make it more in line with my taste.

Prepare all ingredients

Wash all bacteria

Put the shredded hericium and all the fungi into the pot of water

Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours
