Wash the rice and put it into the rice cooker to cook and set aside

Soak the mushrooms in water

Break corn into kernels

Carrots cut into cubes

Bell peppers cut into cubes

Chop the garlic into minced pieces

Remove the stems from the soaked mushrooms and chop them into small pieces

Put cooking oil in the pot, add minced garlic, diced shiitake mushrooms and shrimp skin, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant
