Apple pomace and chrysanthemum biscuits
Overview
This biscuit was served at Nobao's breakfast two days ago. It is made from the apple pomace left after the soymilk machine makes apple juice. It is made into the shape of a small chrysanthemum that I like. When it comes out of the oven, the strong aroma of apple fills the whole room.
