Cut one wild rice root into thick strips, and cut half of the sausage into thick strips. Appropriate amount of onion, ginger, garlic, and half of chili pepper.

Add a spoonful of oil to the wok and stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add wild rice and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of five-spice powder and salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add a small spoonful of fresh soy sauce and 20g of warm water and stir-fry evenly. Add in the shredded spicy mortadella.

If you like it crispy, stir-fry a few times until the sausage fat turns translucent and take it out of the pan.
