Electric baking pan version of Margaret
Overview
Purple sweet potatoes are eaten the most this winter. I bought an oven and prepared several ingredients for baking. But something went wrong with the oven. The ingredients were already prepared and I had to continue. So I chose an electric baking pan. I didn’t expect it to be really good. Looking at the color, the baking was quite even.

Prepare all materials

Crush egg yolks, sift low-gluten flour, cornstarch and egg yolks into olive oil, mix well

Take half and add purple sweet potato puree

Knead into 2 pieces of dough

Roll the two doughs into long strips

Divide evenly into 20 pieces

Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and then use your thumb to press out patterns

Put it into the electric baking pan and heat it up and down at about 160 degrees for about 20 minutes, and observe carefully

Remove from pan and cool

The margarita is very crispy and fragrant after cooling.
