Sour soup dumplings are a traditional Han snack with an ancient history in Shaanxi, with a history of more than 1,000 years. Its sour soup is uniquely prepared, tastes delicious and sour, and is delicious. This time, Xia’s mother brought you sour soup dumplings stuffed with pork, cabbage, and mushrooms. The raw materials are as shown in the picture above (the amount made by Xia's mother is enough for our family of three, and can make more than 120 dumplings). Chop the mushrooms and cabbage. Chop the cabbage and marinate it with a small amount of salt for five minutes. Wrap the cabbage with a cloth and squeeze out the water.

Mix the meat filling first, first add the five-spice powder.

Add salt (add enough salt at one time when mixing the meat filling, and do not add it after adding the cabbage)

Then add chicken essence

Add a small amount of pepper

Put in fuel consumption

Add a small amount of soy sauce

Add chopped ginger

Finally add the green onions and mix the meat filling evenly.

Preparation of sour soup: add pepper, salt, vinegar, chili pepper, chicken essence, a small amount of soy sauce, shrimp skin, chopped garlic or coriander, and add the boiled noodle soup or water to the bowl.
