Cut the beef against the fiber into thick slices about 1.5cm thick.

Use the back of a knife to chop lightly on both sides of the thick slice, then cut into small pieces.

Add all seasonings except curry powder to pot.

Heat over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spoon, then turn off the heat and let cool.

Pour the cooled seasoning into the beef, mix well, and let stand for more than 1.5 hours.

Pour the marinated beef into the bread bucket and put it into the bread machine.

After turning on the machine, select the Bake/Stew/Cook button, select dark color, and run for 30 minutes.

When it runs for about 15 minutes, open the lid and use chopsticks to stir the beef so that it is heated and absorbs the sauce more evenly.
