Shrimp and Squid Porridge

The weather is hot, so I like to cook various porridges, which are light, fragrant and glutinous to nourish the stomach.

Cut the squid into cubes and blanch them, peel and remove the shrimp threads and intestines and set aside.

Chop the green onion, ginger and mustard and set aside.

Half a cup each of red rice and rice.

Wash the rice and put it into the rice cooker, press the porridge button, and add water according to the amount of rice.

When the rice is cooked and blooming, add the squid and shrimp, stir and cook for 2 minutes.

Add ginger, green onion and pepper, stir for a while, adjust salt and turn off the power, finally add mustard and stir.
