Simple deliciousness - stir-fried cabbage with dried shrimp vermicelli
Overview
I find that I have become a lot lazy recently. I usually don’t have time to cook at work. Finally, it’s the weekend and I am very busy with various things. Although I cook as usual, I have completely lost the energy and mood to cook. It was finally quiet this weekend. I quickly grabbed my camera when I was cooking in the morning. Although I was cooking some very homely and simple dishes, what’s valuable is our spirit!

Soak the dry vermicelli in cold water until soft, drain and set aside.

Slice onions and ginger with a knife.

Wash and cut cabbage into thick shreds and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
