Steps
-
Wash the red pepper and green pepper and cut them into shreds. If you don’t like spicy food, you can remove the pepper ribs and seeds.
-
The sausage is also cut into shreds. The taste of the sausage can be chosen according to personal preference. The sausage chosen here is spicy beef sausage, which is delicious.
-
Cut onions into slices and set aside.
-
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and add a little salt so that the cooked noodles will be stronger. The amount of water should be determined according to the amount of noodles, that is, the water level must be higher than the noodles after the noodles are put in. After the water is boiled, put the noodles in the pot and cook. Use chopsticks to stir the noodles so that the noodles will not stick together easily.
-
Pour the cooked noodles into cold water, let them cool thoroughly, then drain and set aside.
-
Put a little more oil in the pot than usual for cooking. First put the onions in and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the red and green chilies and sausages and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add ginger and soy sauce, stir-fry until fragrant, then add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.
-
Put the water-controlled noodles into the pot, stir-fry evenly, and it's ready to serve.
