Mix flour, corn flour and yeast powder evenly, add milk and knead into a dough, ferment until doubled in size and set aside.

Mix coconut milk, sugar and eggs

Stir into custard and coconut filling and set aside

Knead the risen dough, deflate it, and divide it into 3 equal parts

Roll each piece of dough into a cake of similar size, place it flat in a container lined with greaseproof paper, spread 1/3 of the coconut filling on top, and add a little cranberry. Repeat this step three times.

Cover and continue to rise until it doubles in size (about half an hour in summer, slightly longer in winter, but increase the temperature). Turn on the heat, steam for 20 minutes after the water boils, cool and cut into pieces.
