Stir-fried meat with fungus and lotus root slices
Overview
Beijing is both the capital and the city of smog, so we have to eat fungus several times a week to replenish our health. This time I chose the Northeast Autumn fungus, lotus root slices, and meat slices from the male chef. Fungus clears away toxins from the lungs, while lotus root moistens the lungs. Stir-frying the two together is very beneficial to the lungs.
